1. Start > Run > cmd 2. netsh winsock reset catalog 3. netsh int ip reset reset.log 4. Restart computer
Recovery Console Method:
1. Boot from Windows XP CD 2. Select Recovery Console 3. netsh winsock reset 4. Restart computer
Windows Vista Fix
Administrator Command Prompt:
1. Start > type "cmd" 2. Right-click Command Prompt > Run as administrator 3. netsh winsock reset catalog 4. netsh int ip reset reset.log 5. Restart computer
